Terms of Service

1. Services

Sevco Restoration provides fire damage restoration, water damage restoration, smoke and soot cleanup, storm damage restoration, and related reconstruction services in the Phoenix metropolitan area of Arizona. All services are performed by licensed contractors under Arizona ROC License #351895.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Free inspections and estimates are provided at no cost or obligation. Final pricing is determined after a thorough assessment of damage and is provided in writing before work begins. Insurance claims are handled in accordance with your policy terms and applicable Arizona law.

3. Insurance Claims

We work with all major insurance carriers and assist with claim documentation. We do not waive deductibles, as this constitutes insurance fraud under Arizona law. All work is performed in accordance with industry standards (Certified) and insurance scope of loss agreements.

4. Warranty

Sevco Restoration warrants all workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by subsequent events, normal wear and tear, or owner negligence.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sevco Restoration's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
